I can offer half day cookery classes with easy to follow recipes, meal ideas and includes all the foods you love to eat, but in a way that will be kind to your body, not harm it.
Breakfast ideas from blueberry muffins, pancakes with banana and maple syrup to a full roast dinner, delicious curries, pastries and crumbles to cakes, desserts and biscuits. Yes you can have them all!!
Depending on the issues you are dealing with, we can personalise these classes and allow me (a qualified chef as well as nutritionist) to show you how you can eat and enjoy your favourite foods. A minimum of 6 people per class is required.
